Ok, so I've read your comments and I know I said I would post pictures. Sorry but I've been at work for 10 hours a day, all week so I've not had time. I've barely had time to do the workouts. So Thursday was Yoga, still no major improvement with this workout. Still wobble, fall over and find it difficult to hold the poses for very long. I didn't do the full workout because I got in late from work, and was shattered. I did do as much as I could before I fell asleep.

So I began with Ab Ripper as usually, it was slightly better but not easy. I still struggle more towards the end of the entire workout.
