P90x Day 10: Shoulders & Arms + Ab Ripper X

Like usual I started my workout with Ab Ripper X, it wasn't as hard as last time but I still found it murder on my Ab area. I still stuck with doing 15 reps of each workout which seems to be begin going well.

Shoulders and arms didn't go that well. It took a lot out of me, I really struggled with a few of the moves especially the flip-grip twist ones, those were murder. I upped my weights to 3.5 a boy did I feel the difference. As I said I did struggle but I felt like I could cope with the added weight as long as I kept my mind blank and only concentrate on what I was doing.

As you can probably see from the the title even though I missed 2 days I'm still going to just consider this the tenth day. I'm wanting to just keep carrying on, and not skipping days and tagging them on to the end of the 90 days.

I doubt I'll be able to do Yoga tomorrow, got work all day then I need to make an appearance at the works annual regional night out, should be fun but I was just informed today that I would need to go.  Also Yesterday my mother purchased a new nose screw for me nose piercing but it must have fallen out during the night, I couldn't find my old one so had to go to the closest piercing place to get a new one. Came home and my nose hole is closed so I am extremely pissed off because of that.


  1. p90x Yoga is the hardest one imo, keep at it!

  2. Be careful not to increase the weights to fast. You don't wanna strain yourself and get injured. Keep up the hard work!

  3. i've always wanted to try p90-x. maybe your entries can convince me that it's worth it.
