P90x Day 11: Yoga X

Yoga wasn't so relaxing this week not one bit, I struggled with just about everything. My ankles were hurting my wrists, just about everything. I was so frustrated at one point I just turned the darn thing off, went and got my protein drink and waited until I'd calmed down. I seriously don't know what was going on today. Maybe because I've missed a few days out? Hmm really confused by the matter.

So today wasn't fantastic, and neither has this week come to think of it. Work sucked all week with stupid shifts. I missed my little nieces  birthday, I did manage to see her last night but she was going to bed. I really miss my niece and my two nephews, don't get to see them as often as I'd like.

Hopefully this week goes a lot smoother, I'm not in work until Thursday, got the dentist tomorrow and a few bits and bobs for my workouts. Also I think I've got enough money to last me until I get paid again, fingers crossed. Im going to just keep carrying on with the workouts, even though today should have been my rest day I'm not considering it that. I'm just going to continue on and tomorrow do legs & back and go from there. I'm going to take my measurements after Kempo and see about getting another picture up. I might not put a picture up weekly maybe every fortnight.

Ok, well Im going to go make something for dinner and maybe post some stuff later on.


  1. Warm bath, to ease your joints. It will help you relax and get in a better mood for tomorrow's workout.

  2. The difficulty may just have been a matter of your body hitting a wall of sorts. All of this is new for you, and at some point your body just says, "NO! NO I DON'T WANNA!" Keep up the good work though. Hang with it and don't get discouraged.
