A lot of things happened yesterday, went to the dentist (ill have to go back for the next few weeks), did my exercise video (but ill blog about that later), made a fantastic dinner which tasted amazing but was kind of fattening. I went round to my mothers and got to see my brother who lives quite a bit away for a little while. Also helped my boyfriend flash his xbox, so all in all it was a rather good and busy day. So that’s my excuse of not posting something yesterday so sorry guys!
I've just had breakfast, even though it’s the back of two in the afternoon here. I’ve watched an episode of Jeremy Kyle but turned it off half way through because it was doing my head in. Now I’m going to go do today’s workout so Ill be back later on to tell you all about it.
I also might post the recipe I did last night but I must warn you it is quite fattening but you could use less fattening products in it. The only reason I made it was because I need to use all the items that are in my fridge and cupboard before I can let myself buy more and also because it’s not pay day until next Friday so I’ve got to eat what’s there. Sucks for me!
Ok it’s time to get of my fat lazy arse and get moving, wish me luck!
P.S I’ve got photos of myself, but not put them on my laptop yet. They are on my desktop but not been on that in a while. I’ll need to put them up soon and then ill post new ones every 30days to see the difference.
