P90x Day 17: Shoulders & Arms + Ab Ripper X

So today I actually had a nice lie in, and didn't get up out of bed until I had to. I was super lazy today before work. I waited until I got home to do my workout, don't really know why, it was just one of those days that I couldn't be bothered getting out of bed at all.

So I began with Ab Ripper as usually, it was slightly better but not easy. I still struggle more towards the end of the entire workout.

So with shoulders and arms this week, I still kept my weights 3.5kg which I think is ok just now, that's 7lbs roughly. I still find that I'm struggling on the last few reps sometime before I've done my 15.

I should have posted this yesterday but after working out I fell into bed and went to sleep almost instantly. I'm off to go do yoga, doing it a bit late today because I've been visiting my mother. Oh I also baked her a cake for mother's day and she didn't even offer me a bit.

  13. i know a handful of people who have gone through the P90X program, and while it works, it's hard to hit every single detail they ask for.
Using a rowing machine for 30-40 minutes a day (aim to row an 8k or a 10k) is an excellent way to lose weight fast. It's probably the most efficient aerobic exercise, it builds leg and core muscle quicker than arm muscle, and isn't hard on your joints at all.
