Beginning of week 3 photographs

 So this is my week 3 pictures, took these yesterday after chest and back. Dont really see that much of a difference in the photos, but I do kind  of feel it. I must apologise for the crappy photos, its my boyfriend thats been taking them and he aint all that good. Week 1 are all on the left hand side and week 3 are on the right.

  11. How the hell are you managing to keep up with P90X in that shape? That's a hell of an effort, and very commendable

    I retired from that program a long time ago - It destroys your body hahaha

  18. Hey Lea, I'm really proud of you for quitting smoking. I've been trying a thing called the ketogenic diet it's where you don't eat carbs so your body just burns fat.

  35. Nice Progress :). When I used to run I was always so HUNGRY. I'd eat everything. I could have went through a packet of hot dogs like it was nothing. I felt like a vampire with a hunger I couldn't shake, and every time I went looking for food I felt I was only going to set myself back. I went to a supplement shop to browse and some clerk told me to buy protein shake mix. Do you know what that stuff is, a waste byproduct! Sure, its fine and nutritious, but you're not going to con me into buying something that companies used to have to pay to get rid of. I started making my own smoothies with regular things you can get at any grocery store. Long story short, I never had to buy protein (clerk called it a lifestyle) and I don't get hungry when I work out like I used to.
