P90x Day 16: Plyometrics
So today was plyo day and I must say it went rather well. I can now do the first 30 minutes with relative ease, I still struggle with the getting my knees up like on the jump knee tucks and the rock star hops. I also can keep up with the kids as much nearer the end of the routine but it is getting better.
Each week that I've done plyo, I seem to sweat even more its a fantastic feeling at the end.
Yesterday i wanted to measure myself and compare them to week 1's results bt unfortunately Ive lost my measureing tape thing, can't find it at all. My room is a complete and utter dump, bits of consoles lying everywhere, workout equipments, bits of pc's crap and clothes. So it might take me a little while to sift through it all to find it, either that or I'll need to see if mother dearest has one.
so right now, I'm just back from work and had something to eat and I'm going to get the laptop on and try get the pictures off my phone and up-load them tonight.
