P90x Day 20: Kenpo X


So just finished Kenpo X and I'm sweating so much its unbelievable. Its like a sweat more and more as the weeks have been going past, maybe I'm just able to put more effort in. Still can't really keep up a lot of the time with the shouting and the doubles but I'm getting better, not with the coordination that's right out the window.

This is going to be a short post, I'm tired and needing my bed. Stretch X tomorrow and hopefully pictures and measurements, still can't find my tape so going to buy one at work.

  2. I lift at the gym and use Ab Ripper X as my ab workout. It's serious business. Used to do eight minute abs every other day. I'll have to give Kenpo X a shot.
