So Thursday was Yoga, still no major improvement with this workout. Still wobble, fall over and find it difficult to hold the poses for very long. I didn't do the full workout because I got in late from work, and was shattered. I did do as much as I could before I fell asleep.
You'll get better, once you're able to do it all it will be a lot of fun trust me
