Yoga was good today, a lot better than last week that's for sure. Got through the entire workout without getting frustrated. I'm still wobbling and finding it difficult doing some of the moves including the plough and crane but its enjoyable again.
I've been reading a lot of people comments on the weight-loss forum I visit about Yoga X and how people don't find that it gets any easier.
Well I am away to go watch wrestlemania.
I have wrestlemania recording right now... gonna watch it later with the buds.
ReplyDeleteHave you ever thought about trying weightlifting? It will significantly decrease fat and build muscle (which in turn decreases more fat). It could be a good thing to incorporate into your workouts.

ReplyDelete@Baws I've been reading bits and bobs about weightlifting and I am interested in maybe trying it. I just want to complete this program first before trying anything else because I want to prove to myself that I can complete it.

I know this is bad but when I did p90x I skipped yoga :( yeah slap on wrists
